Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will be dispatched same day.
Standard UK delivery is second class which can take up to 4 working days. First class is next day in most cases but this is not guaranteed.
UK special delivery is next day if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Special delivery orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery and may arrive on Monday.
Worldwide deliveries use a variety of postal methods. Most items are sent via Royal Mail and transfer to your national carrier. Unless you select tracked shipping you will not be able to track your parcel in transit. Expedited shipping uses either fedex, UPS or DHL depending on your location. Your tracking information will be included in your dispatch email.
Returns
Unused packaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. The buyer will be responsible for postage costs. Please include your order number and send to the address below.
If you require a replacement, please contact us before returning the item so that we can deal with the issue as efficiently as possible for you. In the case of incorrect or damaged items we will pay the return postage and replace the items. You can message us on info@raceti.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
